For private businesses, the business must have been operational for at least 1 year. (Attach supporting documents such as pay slips, cash payment receipts, records, etc., referencing income and verifiable sources.)<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.3 Minimum Net Income:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Loan applicants must have a net income remaining after deductions of at least 2 times the installment amount or a minimum net income of not less than 15,000.00 Baht per month.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.4 Clear Residence:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Applicants must have a clear and identifiable main residence that can be verified or a contactable telephone number.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.5 Check for Blacklisting:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Hire-purchase applicants should not be individuals declared bankrupt according to the Royal Gazette or fall under the category of persons prohibited by the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) or have names listed in the Black List database of the company.<\/p>\r\n<p>For those interested in inquiring about loan products, feel free to contact FLO Capital and Leasing.
